LeadingRE Institute to Unveil New Premier Program at National Conference

RISMEDIA, March 13, 2007-Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM (LeadingRE) will launch the premier version of LeadingRE Institute, a comprehensive, industry-leading training resource available to the 160,000 sales associates of its 650-plus member real estate firms at its national conference Mar.14-16 at the Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California.

This enhanced version follows last fall's roll-out of a LeadingRE Institute fundamentals program included with LeadingRE membership. The basic level and the subscription level of LeadingRE Institute provide LeadingRE affiliates with practical learning tools, such as sales training modules and workshops, an articles library with success stories, business development instruments, a broker/ training director listserv for questions and best practices, complimentary network-sponsored subscriptions to industry news sources, access to all major industry designations for online and classroom study and more.

LeadingRE Institute is being developed and managed by the network's Director of Broker Resources Dan Schmitz.

"The caliber of this training program is far superior to anything I have seen in my 20-plus years of experience," said Rosey Koberlein, CEO of Long Realty Company, a Phoenix-based LeadingRE affiliate firm. "It goes beyond just the processes of sales into the psychology and philosophy of how to work with particular clients in terms of overcoming objectives and really getting into the psyche of consumers."

The three-day LeadingRE conference will bring together more than 800 real estate professionals from 12 countries around the world. In addition to introducing the LeadingRE Institute and several other new network initiatives related to recruiting, multicultural outreach and the network's RELOHomeSearch.com program, seminar topics at the conference will include Internet marketing, Internet lead management, business development and relocation industry corporate intelligence.

Expert presenters from affiliate real estate firms and guest speakers will include John Tuccillo, highly-regarded economist; Mike Staver, popular trainer and consultant; John Ansbach, generational consultant; Ann Bailey, industry trends strategist; Bonnie Dean, motivational speaker and life balance consultant; and Oscar Gonzales, multicultural consultant.
