RISMEDIA, April 10, 2007-Realty Executives International announces the continued growth and expansion of its brand with the opening of nearly three dozen new offices so far this year.
Since January 1, 2007, 32 new Realty Executives offices have opened, both nationally and internationally, significantly boosting the brand's presence in the West Coast and southeastern regions of North America. Florida and California lead the way with five new offices each. Other states with impressive growth included Arizona and New Jersey. New international offices include three in Canada, one in Israel and one in France. Additionally, since the beginning of the year 1,164 Executives (sales associates) have also been hired.
Several factors have contributed to Realty Executives increased rate of office growth, the company reports. Implementation of an aggressive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program as well as enhanced marketing and advertising initiatives have both been important key elements in leveraging the Realty Executives brand and increased market presence. The execution of the SEO effort has not only improved the volume and traffic to the International website, but the quality of traffic as well.
Another factor that has contributed to the increased rate of office growth, the company says, is the boost in customer support at the International office. Several new staff members have been hired in the marketing and communications departments, making the process of supporting and servicing the regional developer, broker/owner and executive (sales associate) more efficient.
"One of our core goals is a focus on quality growth over the next three years," said Rich Rector, president and CEO. "Our philosophy is to continue to attract only the most experienced and professional sales associates and broker/owners in the industry."
