RISMEDIA, April 13, 2007-Prudential California/Nevada/Texas Realty announced the latest release of the company's proprietary Intranet, WebTop 5.6, representing the most comprehensive and robust Intranet available to its agents yet.
This WebTop 5.6 release focuses on new agent-facing tools including do-it-yourself Web sites with hundreds of possible combinations, and dynamic Home Tours. While Prudential has offered its agents personal Web sites through WebTop since its inception in 2000, this release features an enhancement that enables agents to choose from over 7500 masthead and color combinations on the agent Web sites.
Also new is the Home Tour, which enables agents to create dynamic tours of their listings in minutes. Each home show allows an unlimited number of photo slides and completely customizable property descriptions, making it a perfect listing tool to e-mail or post on a Web site for increased exposure.
"This new version of WebTop answers the agents' requests for choices and a need for their Web sites to reflect their personal interests and personalities," said Scott Kucirek, general manager of Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty. "We have taken all of the features and tools that agents use to manage and grow their businesses, and offer them in one Web-based solution."
The system enables agents to communicate more consistently with both current and past clients through content-driven drip e-mails, and customized e-newsletters.
Originally introduced in 1999 with 15 features, WebTop now offers more than 100 tools and features, and provides a more convenient and effective way for agents to communicate with their clients, generate and convert new leads, and grow their businesses.
The site has been designed for ease of use, providing "self-help" modules throughout its applications, online assistance and a toll-free help desk.
