RISMEDIA, April 16, 2007-Prudential Rand Realty announced that it has acquired Sullivan United Real Estate of Liberty, New York, marking Rand's second acquisition in Sullivan County in the last six months.
As part of the transaction, Sullivan United Real Estate will vacate its location at 111 Sullivan Ave. and move into Prudential Rand's Middletown office at 453 Route 211 East. John Arpino, the Broker/Owner of Sullivan United, and three other professionals from Sullivan United, will join Rand's Middletown office. Sullivan United Real Estate of Liberty was established in 2003.
