RISMEDIA, April 18, 2007-Se habla Espanol. Those three little words have become a staple for many influential businesses in the Bay Area who understand the importance of reaching out to the Latino community. Now, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the largest provider of real estate services in Northern California, is furthering that reach by partnering with the mortgage company, Princeton Capital, to offer Spanish-speaking clients access to six in-house Spanish-speaking loan consultants.

"The Hispanic population in the Bay Area is increasing at impressive rates," said Todd Mendoza, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Hispanic Network chairperson. "As the region's largest provider of real estate services, we feel it is our obligation to the community to provide our Spanish-speaking clientele with the resources they need to achieve the American dream of homeownership."

According to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate professionals, the U.S. could see the Hispanic population grow by as much as 258% by 2050.

"By providing our clients access to these six professional loan consultants, we are offering them both peace of mind and empowering them with the knowledge they need to make their homeownership dreams a reality," Mendoza said."

The Princeton Capital Spanish-speaking loan officers will complement the support offered by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's more than 200 Spanish-speaking real estate professionals in 66 offices throughout Northern California. The loan officers will be based in Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices throughout the Bay Area, including in the company's corporate headquarters in San Ramon and in branch offices in Gilroy, Redwood City, San Jose Willow Glen, San Rafael and Santa Rosa. Additional Princeton Capital Spanish-speaking loan officers are expected to be hired over the next few months as the company pursues recruiting efforts to that end.

"We are putting a high emphasis on providing home lending services to the Spanish-speaking community," said Rob Reid, president of Princeton Capital. "We have six loan officers who can serve residents throughout the Bay Area and are currently looking for more to support the area's growing Hispanic market. Our affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Hispanic Network is a collaborative effort to ensure our clients receive quality service and that the entire home buying process, from lending to the final home purchase, is clear and comprehensive."

"We are proud to be partnering with Princeton Capital in this effort," said Larry Klapow, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area. "In addition to the fact that the loan consultants are highly-respected bilingual loan professionals, they also are associated with a leading mortgage company known for professionalism in service."

Princeton Capital offers Spanish-speaking clients a host of services and support including access to virtually any loan product available in the marketplace regardless of a person's financial situation. Princeton Capital has relationships with the top lenders in the industry including PHH, Wells Fargo, Countrywide and more. This support ensures Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage clients' real estate and home lending experience will be smooth and satisfying.

The partnership between Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Princeton Capital's Spanish-speaking loan consultants is part of the Casa Coldwell Banker initiative that the company launched late last year. The program includes an Hispanic Network of Spanish-speaking agents, marketing and business materials to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, and client education programs focused on home buying, selling and financing opportunities. The company's Hispanic Network is made up of more than 150 professional Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtors®.
