Prudential Georgia Realty’s Relocation Division Awarded Spirit of Partnership Award

RISMEDIA, April 23, 2007-Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services has awarded Prudential Georgia Realty the Spirit of Partnership Award for the Southeast Region. The award recognizes leading offices in the Prudential Real Estate Network that provide outstanding service to Prudential Relocation and consistently demonstrate its core values and client focus.

The award was presented by Prudential Relocation to Prudential Georgia Realty's Relocation Division in a special awards ceremony at the Prudential Real Estate Network's Annual Sales Convention held in San Diego in March. More than 7,000 Prudential real estate professionals from throughout North America attended the convention.

Our partnership with Prudential adds great value to our service offerings and allows us to leverage our resources and tools to effectively compete in today's market," said Kathy Connelly, senior vice president of Corporate Services for Prudential Georgia Realty. Connelly is also serving as 2007 president of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), a prestigious industry organization that is a brain trust of the top people in the relocation industry.

This marks the third time the Relocation Division has been honored with the regional award. In 2006 Prudential Georgia Realty also won the prestigious Destination Services Award for all of North America. The division's other past awards include Kathy Connelly being named National Relocation Director of the Year and receiving the Meritorious Service and Distinguished Service Awards by the Employee Relocation Council.

According to the company, the Relocation Division offers a menu of services to its clients which extend far beyond showing area properties. They offer destination assistance (home finding, rental assistance, temporary housing), home marketing assistance, inventory management, overviews of the local real estate market, and international services.
