Coldwell Banker Brokers Earn Prestigious Awards

RISMEDIA, April 24, 2007-Two associates of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage were awarded for their outstanding contribution to the company.

George Bandak, a broker associated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's La Mesa office, was awarded the International President's Premier award. The International President's Premier award is given only to only 1% of the 127,000 Coldwell Bankers sales associated worldwide.

Bandak who has worked for Coldwell Banker for the past four years was the top ranked sales associated in the La Mesa office and the sixth best sale associate in the San Diego region.

Steve Wilson, manager of Coldwell Banker La Mesa, said he was impressed by how Bandak continued to evolve.

"This year, I've noticed that George's marketing plan has soared to a new level with his newly created customer Web site." Through his Web site, Bandak has been able to expand his client base throughout San Diego County.

John Moriarty, a sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Pacific Beach office, earned Coldwell Banker's Outstanding Performance Award for his sales performance in January. The award is for sales associated who meet exceptionally high transaction targets within a month. He serves clients throughout San Diego County, specializing in the city of San Diego's central and coastal communities.

O'Brien embarks on solo venture

Tricia O'Brien has begun a new venture under the name O'Brien and Associates. O'Brien is ranked among the top 1% of Prudential's 68,000 agents nationwide. In addition she was among the finalists for the "Women who Mean Business Award" organized by the San Diego business journal.

"Real estate is my passion," said O'Brien, "I enjoy finding that special home for individuals and families- a place where they envision creating happy memories for years to come.
