The redesigned home valuation tool provides consumers with a free, instant estimate of their home’s value, along with information on recent home sales and comparable home data — all plotted on an interactive map.
HomeGain’s new home valuation tool also features Source4SellersTM subscribers under the banner, “Your Agent ConnectionTM.” Each of these subscribers will be displayed as the exclusive, featured agent in their market areas where home valuation requests are made on HomeGain.com and HomeScout.com. HomeGain also announced a new Claim Your ZipTM feature, whereby real estate agents can claim their zip code by registering online to become the exclusive featured agent for their market area.

HomeGain, which currently receives an average of five million visits to their Web site each month, first developed their home valuation tool seven years ago to enable anyone on the Internet to get an instant estimate of their home’s value for free.
