The firm will transition its operations from its current location to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate's Creekwood Crossings office near Lakewood Ranch.
Buccaneer Realty's sales associates were responsible for more than $59 million in total closed sales volume in 2006. With this announcement, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida now comprises 103 offices with more than 6,100 sales associates, who have accounted for a combined closed sales volume of $14.9 billion the past year.
