Dollars Well Spent: Reply!’s Leads, Customer Service Help Independent Brokers Become More Effective

RISMEDIA, May 1, 2007-Dawn Madden had already tried using lead-generation companies. It didn't work. She didn't get many quality leads, she didn't close on most of those transactions and it was very costly. She was fed up.

"If I talk with one rude person, it makes an impact on me. That said, when I call Reply!, they are always pleasant and very responsive, and explain everything very thoroughly. In my experience, they just seem like a much more service-oriented company than the typical lead-gen company."

While Madden's still working through the leads generated by her recent partnership with Reply!, she says she's already noticing great changes.

"I'm not chasing down leads as much now," she says. "I now get leads who want to move forward on buying and selling. In turn, it's really making me much more effective and efficient on a day-to-day basis.

"As a small company, purchasing leads from Reply! has helped me even the playing field a bit," she adds.
