For just $199 a year for agents, and special discounted pricing for offices and corporate real estate clients, Imprev subscribers can upgrade to a more robust, comprehensive e-mail marketing solution, EZ-Mail Pro,ROI Pro and ROI Pro Address Book, a bundled e-mail campaign service, tracking tool and contact management system.
EZ-Mail Pro includes all of the features of EZ-Mail, but is the perfect option for sending out Imprev-generated marketing materials to up to 50 recipients via e-mail, and track e-mail delivery rates.
ROI Pro manages full-fledged e-mail campaigns by automatically sending Imprev-generated marketing materials to an agent's personal contact groups or a combination of groups and individual contacts. Agents can send an e-mail with a virtual tour of a new listing to a neighborhood sphere, for example, or send an e-card announcing a broker's open to a separate list of broker and peer contacts. ROI Pro Address Book

Agents can enter up to 1,000 names with full contact information and organize them into one or more designated groups. With ROI Pro, agents will never need to retype contacts from an existing database, but need simply to upload their existing address book in CSV format (exported from Excel or Outlook, for example). More user-friendly and customer-friendly features

1. Final approval before sending. To help agents avoid mistakes and meet stringent federal CAN-SPAM requirements, Imprev has built in a final review process for all mailings.
