Imprev Combines Power, Ease of Use in E-mail & Contact Management

Yet, most agents don't communicate on a consistent basis with their customers-much less contacts and prospects-primarily because they have little time to learn and use the tools that will help them achieve this task.

Before launching ROI Pro, Imprev tested it with large corporate clients, including RISMedia. "Before we partnered with Imprev, we were using an outdated plain text format daily news e-mail that went out through a server and took six to eight hours to distribute to our large subscriber base," says Darryl MacPherson, executive vice president of RISMedia. "Using the Imprev system we distribute the RISMedia Daily e-Newsletter to 300,000 subscribers on a daily basis and in less than half an hour. Working with Imprev has given us more flexibility and allows us to better plan when our news is sent and received. Imprev has also made it easy for us to add new subscribers to our address book-and we get 100 a week. EZ-Mail Imprev has several solutions, depending upon the ultimate goal of the real estate agent. The first, EZ-Mail is available to all Imprev subscribers for free, allowing them to create and send almost any Imprev marketing materials using their own e-mail application such as Outlook, Outlook Express, or even Hotmail.

Bundled E-mail, Tracking and Contact Management Tool

For just $199 a year for agents, and special discounted pricing for offices and corporate real estate clients, Imprev subscribers can upgrade to a more robust, comprehensive e-mail marketing solution, EZ-Mail Pro,ROI Pro and ROI Pro Address Book, a bundled e-mail campaign service, tracking tool and contact management system.

EZ-Mail Pro

EZ-Mail Pro includes all of the features of EZ-Mail, but is the perfect option for sending out Imprev-generated marketing materials to up to 50 recipients via e-mail, and track e-mail delivery rates.

ROI Pro

ROI Pro manages full-fledged e-mail campaigns by automatically sending Imprev-generated marketing materials to an agent's personal contact groups or a combination of groups and individual contacts. Agents can send an e-mail with a virtual tour of a new listing to a neighborhood sphere, for example, or send an e-card announcing a broker's open to a separate list of broker and peer contacts. E-mails can be sent immediately upon creation or scheduled and sent out at a future date, and ROI Pro keeps track of what materials have been sent out to each individual in the Address Book. ROI Pro also provides return on investment rationale for agents by tracking e-mail delivery and open rates-how many e-mails have been sent, which recipients have opened a sent e-mail and how many e-mails have bounced.

ROI Pro Address Book

The ROI Pro Address Book is the ideal way for agents to track the effectiveness of their e-mail campaigns, as well as organize and keep mail and e-mail contacts up-to-date. Agents can enter up to 1,000 names with full contact information and organize them into one or more designated groups. With ROI Pro, agents will never need to retype contacts from an existing database, but need simply to upload their existing address book in CSV format (exported from Excel or Outlook, for example). New e-mail addresses can be added anytime by uploading a new database or by individually typing in contacts. The ROI Pro Address Book eliminates duplicates automatically to avoid confusion.

More user-friendly and customer-friendly features

To further enhance the user experience, Imprev has included two additional safeguard features to ensure all Imprev materials are delivered with a high rate of success.

1. Final approval before sending. To help agents avoid mistakes and meet stringent federal CAN-SPAM requirements, Imprev has built in a final review process for all mailings. Before any Imprev marketing piece is sent through either EZ-Mail Pro or ROI Pro, subscribers will receive a sample mailing in their inbox to allow them to review content, spelling and layout. Only after each design goes through this second and final round of review, will it be delivered to the list of recipients.

2. CAN-SPAM compliance. EZ-Mail Pro and ROI Pro are CAN-SPAM compliant to ensure that all
e-mails comply with federal spam laws.
