Brokers can also use the Re*STAR Profiles with current agents and narrow their development needs. According to Baird, Re*STAR profiles are easily read, uncomplicated training documents that prepares the recruit for a successful career in real estate if they are willing to be managed and coached by a broker.
Participants will receive the following four programs with the system:
- How to handle the follow-up phone call: what to say to get the recruit to come in for an appointment.
- How to hire anyone you want: the “Hot Buttons” for each recruit according to their temperament profile and instructs how to answer them. This information sets up “The Perfect Interview”
- MBA: Management By Accountability: the in-house coaching program
- The Advertising and Promotion package: a step-by-step system for promoting Re*STAR to secure responses from recruits, showing how to dominate a market with recruiting programs using Re*STAR.
