In this business, the thousands of decisions you make throughout the life of one real estate transaction ultimately all directly affect whether you will bring that transaction to a successful close or whether you will take the sign down and walk away empty-handed.
While the less-important decisions are often made in a snap, it’s the bigger ones that often cause us to pause. Those are the ones that will most certainly take us down a path to brilliant success or crushing failure; and sometimes the fear of taking the wrong path can be utterly paralyzing.
Enter Philip Schoewe, of Lubbock, Texas. While he is currently a broker in Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas, real estate training is where his passion lies as evidenced by the fact that he’s been doing it in one form or another for the past 30 years. Phillip’s attitude about decision making is probably 180 degrees in the opposite direction of the norm; his motto could very well be “Just Do It!”

His background in seller representation includes an outstanding year where he closed 194 transactions, during which time he also listed 161 residences and closed 160 of them before the listing period ended; an astonishing 99.38% success rate. Philip has been a Realtor since 1977, an Attorney at Law, Texas (BAR, 1979), a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1980, a Texas Mortgage Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Mexico & Oklahoma. His current Designation/Certifications include: ABR, ASR, GRI, MRA, CSRC, CREI, CRS, CRB, ABRM, DREI, CIPS, RECS, C-CREC, e-PRO, SRES, and RFS. Schoewe is also a past member of the Texas’ College of the State BAR.
