RISMEDIA, July 9, 2007—The developers of Trump Parc Stamford, Connecticut are breaking new ground but this time for their efforts to give back to the community.
Trump Parc Stamford developers Donald J. Trump, Thomas L. Rich and Louis R. Cappelli have announced that $1,000 will be donated to a local not-for-profit for each of the 170 condominium residences sold in the luxury tower.
Five local not-for-profits have been designated as recipients of the $170,000 donation program – The Boys and Girls Club of Stamford, The Mill River Collaborative, SoundWaters, The Stamford Symphony Orchestra and Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut. Each buyer at Trump Parc Stamford will be able to select which not-for-profit will receive the $1,000 donation.
“We are proud to announce this unique and exciting donation program that will reach a wide range of local not-for-profit organizations. Buyers at Trump Parc Stamford will be pleased to know that their investment in this world-class residential tower will also be helping these five organizations to better serve the area community,” said Rich, president of F.D. Rich Company of Stamford.
“We are pleased to make this donation to five outstanding and deserving organizations that provide important community services for children, health care, the arts and the environment. The fine work these organizations do every day contributes to the excellent quality of life in Stamford and Fairfield County,” said Cappelli, president of Cappelli Enterprises of Valhalla, NY.
The announcement of the donation program follows last month’s groundbreaking for the
34-story condominium tower. Trump Parc Stamford will feature a wealth of world-class amenities and services never before available in the Stamford market, including a 24-hour concierge/doorman, on-site valet parking, a landscaped terrace, an indoor swimming pool, a full-service health club, a wireless lounge, billiards and screening rooms, a shuttle to the Metro-North train station, a roof-top private observation deck, and the city’s first Car Spa.
Trump Parc Stamford will also offer spectacular views of Long Island Sound and the New York City skyline. The residences are priced from $670,000 for a one-bedroom to more than $3 million for duplex penthouses.
