Weichert, Realtors Adds Franchise Offices in Four States

RISMEDIA, July 9, 2007—Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. has expanded its franchise network with the openings of franchise offices in Valencia, California, in Miami Lakes, Florida, and in Brigantine, New Jersey, as well as its first Arizona affiliate in Apache Junction/Gold Canyon.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Lake Realty, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon, Ariz.  Broker Tony Vehon is the owner of this nearly 50-year-old company, which serves the greater Phoenix area. 

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Hoshaw & Associates, Valencia, Calif.  Serving the Santa Clarita Valley, this two-year-old company, formerly Eagle Realty U.S.A., is owned by David W. Hoshaw. 

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Ideal Realty, Miami Lakes, Fla.  Dennis Castiglione is the broker/owner of this 31-year-old company, which joins nearly 75 Weichert affiliates in the Sunshine State. 

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Brigantine Realty, Brigantine, N.J.  This 16-year-old South Jersey company serving the shore area is owned by David Bielous and Paul Dzialo.  Bielous is broker of record. 

Also, WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Home & Land Partners in Auburn, Mass., owned by Derek Alfama and Lawrence Army, added a second location in Lexington.
