RISMEDIA, July 13, 2007—Homes & Land announced the signing of 15 new franchises through the first half of 2007. The company also facilitated eight ownership changes of existing franchise operations.  While the company’s presence spans North America, the new publishing agreements represent its continued expansion in 14 states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.  Additionally, Homes & Land’s Canadian operation signed six new franchises and facilitated two ownership changes through second quarter.  These combined new publishing agreements will service thousands of new communities and add to the brand’s existing 65 million magazines and Web site, www.HomesAndLand.com.

The new strategic partners bring the total number of franchises in the Homes & Land system to 347.

The company attributes its rapid growth to the fact that its franchisees recognize the marketing needs of agents and their sellers.
