RISMEDIA, August 2, 2007—Aram Minnetian, president of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), has announced that the company’s EMEA operations center in London has passed its most recent ISO surveillance audit, retaining ISO 9001:2000 certification, the internationally recognized quality standard. This is the eleventh year in a row that WRRI’s London office has held ISO certification, having initially earned this valued distinction in 1996.
This certification, administered by the accrediting body of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, covers home search, tenancy and property management and managed home sale, and provides objective verification that the quality systems and business methodology in place for these services at WRRI’s London office meet the most stringent requirements.
“By holding ISO certification for more than a decade, we’re giving our clients the confidence that they are working with a relocation service provider maintaining the very best practices and processes to meet their needs,” said Patrice LaBelle, vice president of Process and Quality. “Our vigorous pursuit of ISO certification has not only made us a stronger company, it’s made us a better company.”
Certification to standards such as ISO 9001:2000 is part of WRRI’s companywide Quality Management System, which also includes use of the Balanced Scorecard to accelerate corporate and employee goals.
“Our ongoing commitment to ISO standards, the Balanced Scorecard, and in fact our entire Quality Management System is reflected in the precision and rigorous oversight with which we continually analyze and improve every facet of our organization,” said LaBelle.
