Randall, Realtors Forms New Commercial Division

RISMEDIA, August 3, 2007—Randall, Realtors GMAC announced the formation of a new division of their company, Randall Commercial Real Estate. In their continuing efforts to better serve their clients and agents, Randall has created the formal commercial division to be headed by Ed and Andy Schilke, as Directors of Commercial Real Estate.

Ed and Andy are extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced in commercial sales and leasing. Andy joined Ed at Randall, Realtors in January 2006. He is a licensed real estate agent in both RI and CT. Andy has his bachelor’s degree in business administration and sixteen years of business management experience, which includes negotiating contracts and company relocations. Ed Schilke has been a licensed agent since 1989, selling both commercial and residential properties in RI and CT as well as leasing and managing properties.

Randall, Realtors is also pleased to announce the merger of Randall Commercial Real Estate with Heritage Commercial Real Estate Property Management and Lease Consulting Services. Headed by Jayne Guertin and Joanne Chandler, Heritage will operate under Randall’s commercial division and will allow the company to offer full property management and lease advisory services to commercial clients.
