Growth Strategies Outlined at Realty Executives International Conference in Seattle

RISMEDIA, August 14, 2007—Realty Executives International held its Annual Regional Developer and Broker/Owner Conference last week in Seattle drawing rave reviews and wide acceptance from franchise owners and developers from across the world, says the company.

The annual meeting is an educational and motivational conference focusing on quality growth and recruitment strategies in Realty Executives brokerages worldwide. Industry leader and longtime company CEO Rich Rector challenged attendees to grow their market share and recruit top quality agents.  According to the company, enthusiastic conference attendees made a commitment to grow by 67% during the next year.

Company associates attended professional sessions with Joe Mathews, a veteran in franchising, entrepreneurship and personal performance coaching, and Allen Wright, an expert in training and consulting for the real estate industry. Sessions focused on current market conditions and how the market has impacted business planning, agent recruitment, profitability, and sales performance.

“Our attendees walked away from this comprehensive conference with a true understanding of how to capitalize on growth opportunities in their markets, and how to best deal with the ever-present changes in the residential real estate industry,” said Rector. “Overall, this event spotlights the company spirit and passion on which Realty Executives International associates pride themselves.”

Two of the featured sessions were led by highly-successful franchisee peers. Steve Summers, director of the Mid-America Region and franchise owner of Realty Executives Kansas City, demonstrated his “no-nonsense” methods for recruiting top-notch agents. John Foltz, president of Realty Executives – Phoenix, moderated the company’s first “Mega-Broker” meeting, which was exclusive to franchisees with 100 or more agents. This distinct peer group contains some of the country’s largest and most productive real estate companies.      

In addition to franchise development offerings, attendees were updated on new and improved marketing, advertising, public relations, technology and management initiatives from leaders within Realty Executives International.
