Prudential Real Estate Introduces Innovative TeamBuilder Program

RISMEDIA, August 15, 2007–Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, has announced the launch of TeamBuilderSM, an innovative approach to recruitment and retention of sales professionals within the real estate industry.
TeamBuilder creates additional earnings opportunities for Prudential Real Estate sales professionals by having them participate in the recruiting process. Sales professionals are compensated on the success of the recruited individuals they bring to the company. There is no limit to the amount of candidates who can be recruited, or to a sales professional’s long-term earnings.
According to the company, TeamBuilder is creating a recruiting culture at Prudential Real Estate, and helping to retain productive sales professionals in the process.

Dan Forsman, broker/owner at Prudential Georgia Realty, developed TeamBuilder in 2003.
