RISMEDIA, August 16, 2007—Men’s Health magazine reveals the healthiest countries for men in the upcoming September ‘07 issue, hitting newsstands this week. The first-ever international health survey polled over 20,000 men worldwide and utilized data from the World Health Organization, Euromonitor International, the United Nation’s International Labour Organization, and the Durex Global Sex Survey.
Countries from around the globe were ranked in five categories that most matter to men: Nutrition, Fitness, Work/Stress, Health and Sex & Relationships. Winning countries in each category are profiled for strategies that readers can incorporate into their daily lives.
Additionally, the magazine names world leaders in happiness (Mexico), vacation time (Germany), friendship (Philippines), cancer-affliction (Poland), heart disease (Ukraine), smoking (Romania) and junk food consumption (China).
