Shroyer Named VP of Professional and Organizational Development

RISMEDIA, August 24, 2007-Real Living Inc. announces the promotion of Caroline Shroyer to vice president of professional and organizational development

In her new position, Shroyer will be responsible for Real U, Real Living’s professional development department. She will provide scalable training for agents, managers, brokers and employees across the nation, enhancing the organization’s performance and individual development. Shroyer will work with the trainers in both company-owned and franchise offices.

Previously, she held the position of director of training and network partner services where she was responsible for the overall direction of Real U. She was key in the development and implementation of Real Living’s Learning Management System, which is an online training venue for agents, managers and employees. It allows them to take online continuing education courses, earn national certifications and designations, track their progress and much more.

“Caroline has done an outstanding job building Real U and taking Real Living’s professional development to the next level,” said Sarah Shoemaker, chief operating officer for Real Living.

Shroyer has been in the real estate industry for 12 years on the agent, franchising and training sides. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors and past president of the Hilliard Area Realty Association. Also, she was named the Building Industry Association’s Rookie Realtor of the Year in 1996. Shroyer and her family reside in Hilliard, Ohio.
