Smart Sales Tools Now Include Four Marketing Products for $19.95

RISMEDIA, August 24, 2007-Smart Sales Tools announced a major update to its award winning Web-based marketing tool. According to the company, the new release of the suite with four marketing and lead management tools, significantly helps Realtors to increase leads and win more listings. The updated suite now includes Call Capture Marketing, Feedback and Status Reporting, FSBO Program and Unique Property Web sites. These are all included in the monthly subscription fee of $19.95 per month.

The Call Capture Marketing tool allows agents to record infomercials about their properties for sale, advertise a custom toll-free number plus a two-digit property code, and then watch leads come in to their e-mail and cell phone. The company says that many Realtors have seen dramatically increased lead volumes and improved the quality of their leads.

The Feedback and Status Reporting tool allows Realtors to book showings, add inquiries and advertisements from a computer or a Web-enabled handheld device. Clients are notified in real-time of what activity has occurred on their property. This ensures that clients are in touch with the activities relating to their home’s sale – they can even get e-mailed each time an inquiry is made on the property through the call capture system!

According to Smart Sales Tools, having the ability to set up a unique Property Web Site makes a significant difference when you are trying to win a competitive listing. Properties with unique Web sites not only get a “site for house,” but they also are displayed on our international Web site, www.GoSeeThisProperty.com. Realtors can also purchase a custom URL to advertise and direct traffic to their listings. Smart Sales Tools allows clients to set up as many sites as necessary for no additional cost.

The FSBO Program uses a benefit-based marketing system to allow Realtors to collect leads and convert FSBO’s to full listings. Each FSBO can be offered a non-branded Web site that the homeowner can set up by themselves, an infomercial, and a lawn sign. The Realtor will get the leads while the homeowner is trying it themselves and the listing will be theirs when the client is ready to list with an agent. If the agent brings the seller a buyer, perhaps they can collect a prearranged commission rate, or if they find a buyer for another one of their properties, even better!
