Accolades for Real Estate Entrepreneurs

RISMEDIA, Sept. 19, 2007-Denver real estate entrepreneurs and company founders Kimberly and Eric Smith have been the recent recipients of three different honors:

Kimberly was named one of three finalists in the real estate and construction category of the Denver Business Journal’s prestigious Outstanding Women in Business award for 2007.

AvenueWest Corporate Housing, owned by the Smiths, was named one of three finalists in the Real Estate/Construction category for ColoradoBiz magazine’s Top Company Awards.

Finally, AvenueWest was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America. Avenue West was ranked #94 among the nation’s Top Companies in Real Estate.

The husband and wife team founded AvenueWest Corporate Housing, a property management company, in 1999.
