RISMEDIA, Oct. 3, 2007- With its eclectic mix of top real estate insiders, RealBlogging has grown rapidly into the leading blog in the real estate industry. www.RealBlogging.com has become a “first morning stop” for thousands of agents as they get ready to start their day.
RealBlogging has over 40 top speakers, authors and industry leaders challenging our thinking every day just like:
Challenged By Stu Siegel: They say that knowledge is power. This post from Siegel challenged agents to take a long hard look at why a few real estate pros seem to garner the lion’s share of the business. Even more challenging was his recent post, “When is a lead, a lead?” As Vice President of Strategy for Dominion Homes Media, Stu Siegel is both a business leader and a real estate technology pioneer. Back in 1996, Siegel founded eNeighborhoods with the vision of compiling information about every neighborhood in the USA and making it easily accessible to the real estate industry. Today, eNeighborhoods is recognized as The Neighborhood Info ExpertsTM, providing what have become industry standard tools to enable easy access to all the information needed during the home buying and selling process.
Developed by John Greer: Is education important to you? This post from Greer received a reply all the way form New South Wales, Australia – “old handers complained the loudest … I have been in this business for 20 years – what more can I learn?” He also offered a candid look at designations in a recent post – Alphabet soup – why are designations important Greer is the director of Gold Coast School of Real Estate in South Florida. Gold Coast is a RealtyU Affiliate and one of the largest real estate schools the United States offering pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses in a variety of fields including real estate, mortgage brokerage, appraisal, home inspection, insurance, construction, and property management. Gold Coast has educated more than half a million students since 1970.
Legally Challenged by Marcie Roggow: Will you always be an ostrich? This posting from Roggow stretched the readers to reflect on one of the industry’s always hot topics – “diversity.” Even more thought provoking was her recent post entitled “Shhh – that’s confidential -or is it?” Licensed since l972, Roggow has worked in all facets of the real estate profession: broker-owner, developer, and educator. An active member of the Realtor family, Roggow believes in giving back to the industry that gave her so much. Through NAR her concentration has been in the political affairs, license law, and risk management committees. Today her training efforts concentrate on the same topics. Her ability to understand and articulate agency and license laws is an asset to her audiences.
These three industry leaders are just part of the RealBlogging Team that has collectively created the most balanced blog about the real estate industry, for the real estate industry. If you consider yourself an “Industry Insider,” visit http://www.realblogging.com for more information.
