RISMEDIA, Oct. 5, 2007-MRIS values your feedback and carefully monitors your submissions. Recently, we have received several questions pertaining to Secure Login’s affect on Keystone. When Secure Login is implemented later this year, Keystone functionality will remain the same. You will retain the same ability that you currently have to enter and update listings your own listings, as well as the listings of other agents in your office.
Currently, using one’s own ID and password, an agent can access listings of other agents in the same office. This option is a necessity, given the fact that you spend so much time out of the office and frequently need one another’s help in updating your listings. The Listing History identifies any changes made and the ID of the person who made the changes. This functionality will remain the same when Secure Login is implemented. Only the login process will change (you will enter your ID, PIN, and password to login).
To access the listings in your office, follow these steps:
Log into Keystone
From the Main Menu, click Search for Listings
Enter Listing Number, or search by the Listing Agent ID or Broker ID
Update the listing
Submit to MLS, when changes are complete
