RISMEDIA, Oct. 16, 2007-According to Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, anything is possible in 100 days. For the 14 managers recently trained in the mentor program offered by Buffini & Company, it’s all about 100 Days to Greatness, the approximately 14-week curriculum. The intent of the program is to certify managers on industry best practices so they can then pass down the tools to success to their team of agents, increasing client service, productivity, retention and the quality of standards expected among real estate practitioners.

“The 100 Days of Greatness agenda is a mentor program that teaches managers to become facilitators of the course to agents,” said Avram Goldman, president and CEO of Pacific Union. “Agents who enroll in the program will learn how to build and develop their personal business based on referral, networking and customer care.”

Agents will now have the ability to enroll in the 100 Days program as taught by individual managers in their offices. Curriculum covers role-playing on topics such as client services, open house strategies, doing a listing presentation, converting an incoming buyer/seller call, and growing and marketing a personal database.
