RISMEDIA, Oct. 30, 2007-Clareity Security CEO Gregg Larson recently spoke to an audience of wireless technology and security experts at the Swedish-American Entrepreneurial Days conference in Karlskrona, Sweden. This invitation came as a result of Clareity Security’s successful partnership with a Swedish based company to develop and deliver TEXT-passTM – a patented technology that delivers one time passwords (OTP) via text messaging. TEXT-pass is being offered exclusively by Clareity Security to the real estate, mortgage, title, banking, and financial services industries in North America.
Clareity Security’s senior engineering team also attended the conference which included senior executives from many of the leading European wireless and technology companies such as Nokia, Ericsson, Volvo, Vodaphone, Swedbank, Swe-Dish Satellite, and Deloitte. Gregg Larson, along with CTO Matt Cohen and Chief Software Architect Paul Hethmon, discovered many new and emerging world-class wireless technologies that will benefit our industry in the future.
“It was an honor to be invited to speak to this group of wireless technology experts in Sweden” stated Gregg Larson, CEO of Clareity Security. “Scandinavian countries are several years ahead of the United States in the development and use of cellular, GPS, and Bluetooth based technology, so we learned a ton and enjoyed seeing the future of wireless applications. Clareity Security is already in the process of developing new products based upon what we learned at this conference and will be offering them in North America as soon as 2008,” Larson concluded.
Other speakers included top university professors from Europe, Hong Kong Polytechnic, Harvard Business School, the Governor of Michigan, prominent IP attorneys, the President of Absolut Spirits (Gregg’s favorite speaker) and several high ranking Swedish government officials.
