Fidelity and Reveal Systems, Inc. Integrate Products

RISMEDIA, Nov. 2, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. announced that TransactionPoint®, its transaction management platform, is now integrated with Reveal Systems, Inc.’s TrueForms® and Formulator® forms products.

“This timely integration means that, on one hand, data entered into Reveal Systems’ forms can be used to generate transactions in TransactionPoint,” said Walt Clark, senior vice president of Transaction Management Solutions for Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions. “It also means that the status and documents of transactions managed with TransactionPoint can now be accessed through Reveal Systems products.”

TransactionPoint is a Web-based solution that manages, organizes and secures the data, documents and critical activities associated with today’s complex real estate transactions, while providing authorized parties with access to this information and status 24/7. By centralizing status and documents, it increases accuracy, improves communication, eliminates duplication, and offers better monitoring of required services and regulatory compliance.

According to the company, Reveal Systems’ TrueForms and Formulator, in desktop and online versions, add security and expedience to the contract process. Templates and forms packages with common data presets reduce the need for re-entering data, while a full-function real estate calculator with amortization table powers the auto-calculation feature. The global editing feature provides more than 150 common fields that automatically populate throughout a transaction’s forms if data must be changed and, as product enhancements become available, the desktop and online versions are automatically upgraded.
