REALOGY To Release Third Quarter Financial Results Nov. 14

RISMEDIA, Nov. 2, 2007-Realogy Corporation will release its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 to its investors after the close of business on Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

Realogy will make its third quarter 2007 results available to holders and beneficial owners of the Company’s 2007 Notes ($1,700,000,000 principal amount of Senior Notes due 2014; $550,000,000 principal amount of Senior Toggle Notes due 2014; and $875,000,000 principal amount of Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015).

The information in the released financial results is non-public and shall not be communicated or forwarded to any person without prior written permission from Realogy.

Registration Required for Access to Investor Portal Advance registration is required in order to receive Realogy’s financial results. All those who have previously registered for the Realogy Investor Portal do not need to register again. Previous registrants will automatically receive a new password to access Realogy’s third quarter financial results after close of business on Wednesday, November 14, 2007.

Any new holders and beneficial owners of Notes as well as pre-approved prospective investors in the Notes and high yield analysts must register via e-mail to Investor.Relations@realogy.com and provide their name, organization, telephone number, e-mail address and category (e.g., holder, beneficial owner, prospective investor or high yield analyst).

Upon verification, Realogy will provide each approved party with a user ID and password to be used to access a secure investor portal located within the Company’s Web site, www.realogy.com.

Participants in Realogy’s senior secured credit facility need not register with the Company, and can instead access the third quarter 2007 results using IntraLinks.

Realogy requests that all those not previously registered for its Investor Portal and who are seeking to access Realogy’s third quarter 2007 financial results on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 should register with the Company by 12 noon EDT on Monday, November 12, 2007. Realogy reserves the right at its sole discretion to deny access to its investor portal to parties who are not holders, beneficial owners or senior secured lenders.
