Now, VoicePad is launching an enhancement (called MobileIDXTM) for the Harry Norman Audio Tour, according to Standard. “What we’ve done is integrate their listing data from two (competing) MLS systems,” he explains. “Now, the mobile IDX will auto-create property presentations with update changes directly from their listing data. Consumers will be able to call a number, enter the street address, or property MLS ID to find the listing. Then, they can play the message about the property and the system will automatically notify the agent.”
The VoicePad MobileIDX empowers agents and consumers to search for any home from any phone. Consumers can either enter (or speak) a street address number or MLS ID, and VoicePad will look up and deliver the property information in high-quality English or Spanish sentence structure. Plus, it integrates directly with the broker’s listing data for complete automation.
Harry Norman, Realtors will be able to provide its clients with even more choice offerings, and Hayhurst, for one, seems pleased.
