Working with Multiple Listing Services throughout the country, ListHub broadcasts listings to a broad range of popular real estate search Web sites to help brokers market their listings to today’s home buyers.

ListHub allows brokers to manage one of their most valuable assets, their listing inventory, much like one manages financial assets. Brokers control which sites display their listings and receive reports that provide side-by-side comparison of real traffic and leads generated from those sites. According to the company, ListHub helps sellers to understand the value of online marketing and to see the results of the online exposure they receive. Ultimately, ListHub serves as the primary system where brokers can control all of their online marketing including listing syndication, market intelligence, brand promotion, click traffic reporting and lead generation.
