Partnerships Give AgencyLogic Clients Even Greater Visibility for Property Sites

RISMEDIA, Nov. 12, 2007-AgencyLogic, a provider of single property Web sites announced that they have signed an agreement with Homescape®, provider of local, comprehensive real estate property listings and rich content, to include single property PowerSites within Homescape’s real estate search site.

According to the two companies, the partnership with Homescape is an enhancement to AgencyLogic’s Lighthouse MarketingTM program that allows users to instantly syndicate their single property Web sites to the most popular real estate search sites free of charge. The Lighthouse program also provides free HTML flyers for posting to classified sites such as Craigslist.

In addition to the Homescape partnership, AgencyLogic has also signed agreements with www.vast.com and www.local.com. The company says that with advanced SEO tools and free submittal to these new portals as well as Trulia, Google Base, Yahoo, PropSmart, Edgeio and Oodle, the Lighthouse Marketing tool assists agents in getting the most exposure for their listings online.
