Matrix: Remarks Search
MRIS, Dec. 3, 2007-You asked for it, we created it. In response to popular request, the following time-saving features are now available in Matrix. MRIS worked closely with the Subscriber Advisory Committee and groups of agent beta testers to ensure that this new functionality will enhance your efficiency.Remarks Search functionality
You now have the ability to perform a Remarks search. As a result of agent beta tester input, we have incorporated a General Remarks field in the Residential Quick Search type. The General Remarks field is automatically displayed in the Quick Search. Additionally, you have the ability to add any or all of the Remarks and/or Directions fields to the other search types (Residential, Cross Property, etc.) through the Frequently Used Fields link.
