MLSmailings.com Integrates with Keller Williams KWLS

RISMEDIA, Nov. 30, 2007-ProspectsPLUS! and Keller Williams Realty announced the integration of MLSmailings.com with the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS). According to the companies, Keller Williams associates now have the ability to automate their Just Listed and Just Sold marketing regardless of local MLS membership.

The company says that a few clicks of the mouse starts the sign-up process, where the standard $24.95 enrollment fee is waived due to ProspectsPLUS! being an Approved Supplier for Keller Williams. A $1.00 discount is offered on each order, as well.

Each time a listing is entered into the KWLS, a Just Listed postcard is generated and mailed to the closest 100 confirmed homeowners, usually within 48 hours. A text file of recipients is then e-mailed to the agent for follow up. Once the listing sells, a Just Sold postcard is automatically produced and sent to those same 100 homeowners.
