Baird & Warner Residential Sales, Inc. Acquires Two Real Estate Brokerage Firms

RISMEDIA, Dec. 17, 2007-Baird & Warner Residential Sales, Inc., announced it has acquired privately two real estate companies: The Habitat Brokerage Company, LLC of Chicago and Renaissance Realty Partners, LTD. of Lake Forest.

As part of the acquisition, Millie Rosenbloom, current CEO, president and managing broker of The Habitat Brokerage Company, will join Baird & Warner as a highly-regarded broker associate. Rosenbloom brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate services industry.
