According to the esteemed panelists who participated in RISMedia’s special session held during this past November’s NAR Conference, “Forming & Managing Championship Power Teams,” the days of flying as a solo agent may soon be over. With the daily demands of the real estate industry steadily increasing, more and more agents are looking to the team concept as the way to succeed in the future of this business.
What was most enlightening about this session, however-which I co-moderated with Ralph Roberts-was the intense desire for information that exists among the agent team community. With over 500 in attendance, the questions asked and the ideas shared were abundant-in fact, we only scratched the surface in order to stick to our time slot. For us, as it should be for you, what we witnessed in this session confirms our belief in the growing importance and power of agent teams. What we also learned is that there is a great amount of information out there to be shared amongst team peers.
