Through its partnership with 1parkplace Inc., Connecting Neighbors is now offering MLS data integration to new and current members in available areas. Community-relevant MLS data appears on the front page of the Neighborhood Web site and monthly newsletter, immediately engaging the consumer with photos of homes they will recognize.
The Neighborhood Web site is part of the Connecting Neighbors Marketing Program, which includes a Neighborhood Newsletter, personal Neighborhood Marketing Specialist and Quickshow multimedia presentations. Each Neighborhood Marketing Program is sponsored exclusively by a local real estate professional, known as the Neighborhood Expert. The addition of the MLS data to current Neighborhood Web sites provides continuously updated real estate information in compliance with each individual MLS's regulations.

Members in those areas may choose to add this enhancement, which displays local and even neighborhood-specific listings, on the Front and Local Real Estate pages of their Neighborhood Web site. Residents can view all the information about listings of interest, and check back daily for updates on homes for sale or recently sold homes. They may also sign up for a Free VIP Membership to receive additional information from the sponsoring agent.
