RISMEDIA, March 21, 2007-NRT Incorporated announced the promotion of Chason Ishii to president of the Hawaii-based company. In his new role, Ishii will oversee the daily operations of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, including its six residential real estate brokerage sales offices, supporting a sales force of more than 450 associates and the company's commercial operations, as well as its new homes and projects division.
Ishii, who most recently served as the company's executive vice president of sales, will now assume the responsibilities previously held by Herb Conley and Scott Bradley, managing directors of CBPP since 1995. Conley and Bradley will remain with the company and transition from their current roles to serving on the company's Board of Advisors.
"We are fortunate to have in Chason a talented individual with management expertise as well as strong business acumen and local market knowledge to lead Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties," said Judy Reeves, executive vice president and chief operating officer of NRT Incorporated.
Ishii started with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2000 as part of a long-term leadership development program. He held numerous positions within the company, setting records for performance in each role. In 2005, he was promoted to executive vice president of sales, a position created for him as part of the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties succession plan.
Under Ishii's leadership, the King Street office ranked second nationally within the 2,500 Coldwell Banker franchise network, achieving an average production volume per agent of $6.9 million with more than 90 agents. The King Street office was also Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' top producing office for the state.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties seven years ago, Ishii was group vice president of Servco Pacific Inc. A resident of Manoa, he holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
