In her new role, Kennedy will oversee First American Exchange Company's Northern California region, which has offices in San Jose, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Sacramento and Fresno. Recognized for her industry expertise and experience, Kennedy has been a guest speaker for several prestigious organizations, including Practicing Law Institute, the Continuing Education of the Bar, Federation of Exchange Accommodators, The State Bar of California and the American Land Title Association. She has also been actively involved in several industry and community organizations, including serving as the former chair of The State Bar of California's Real Property Law Section; the former managing editor of the California Real Property Journal, the official publication of The State Bar of California's Real Property Law Section; and as a board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) in San Francisco, as well as a member of CREW Silicon Valley in San Jose.
