RISMEDIA, Oct. 18, 2007-Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM (LeadingRE) recently unveiled Tech Hotline, providing members with a highly skilled and experienced tech support service team. The service is provided through Matthew Ferrara & Company, a real estate technology consulting company selected as a LeadingRE Institute partner. The LeadingRE Institute is a comprehensive, industry-leading training resource available to LeadingRE sales associates.
According to LeadingRe, the Tech Hotline was launched to assist LeadingRE brokers and agents with questions relating to a wide range of technology products. For a low flat fee, members can call the hotline and receive expert advice and support until the problem has been resolved. If the problem cannot be fixed, there is no charge.
The scope of services includes:
– Software: Windows, Office Suite applications (all versions except Windows 95), real estate-specific applications (e.g. Top Producer), desktop publishing software, Internet tools, browsers, antivirus, e-mail programs, etc.
– Hardware: printers, CD-burners, scanners, digital cameras, Web cams, PDA’s, tablet computers, wireless Internet, smart phones, Blackberries, etc.
“We recognize the complexities of technology in the real estate industry and are pleased to provide this cost efficient and reliable resource to our members,” said Dan Schmitz, LeadingRE’s director of broker resources. “Partnering with such a highly-regarded firm as Matthew Ferrara & Company to deliver this service will give our members the freedom to spend time doing what they do best, rather than on software or hardware intricacies.”
Matthew J. Ferrara, CEO of Matthew Ferrara & Company, said, “We are delighted to be working with Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM. Their membership represents many of the finest real estate professionals who are constantly pushing their technology to the limits. It makes sense to partner with them to offer the best technical support possible. Today’s Realtors know how important technology is to success, and keeping it up-and-running is a critical component of that strategy – that’s where our Tech Hotline comes in.”
