Two Real Estate Sites Now Call Terabitz ‘Home’

RISMEDIA, Jan. 11, 2008-This week, Terabitz announced that it will be powering two real estate companies’ new, technologically-advanced Web sites. The companies who recently signed on include Century 21 Abrams, Hutchinson and Associates and Lang McLaughry Spera.

According to the company, the Terabitz-powered site for Century 21 Abrams, Hutchinson and Associates, www.Century21ah.com, will become a single source for all of New Jersey’s MLS listings, as well as a wide variety of local NJ information, real-estate tools and advanced search engine and mapping capabilities.

The company says that the new Century 21 Abrams, Hutchinson and Associates Web site integrates all the MLS feeds throughout New Jersey. The site also provides access to unlimited local neighborhood information, market research, schools, restaurants, crime statistics, service providers, financial tools and much more. Users can view this information in a dashboard or map interface and can customize, store, and share this data to meet their individual needs. Century 21 Abrams, Hutchinson and Associates is also inviting all of its preferred local vendors (landscapers, interior designers, etc.) to quickly and easily create their own Webpage on the www.Century21ah.com. This will give consumers easy access to a variety of recommended local services and direct more business to the broker’s preferred partners.

Lang McLaughry Spera (LMSRE), a real estate firm in Northern New Hampshire and Vermont, is also launching their new Web site, www.LMSRE.com with similar functionality.
