REBS to Acquire REAL-Mentor, Computer-based Solutions

RISMEDIA, Jan. 25, 2008-Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS) announced its intention to acquire REAL-Mentor, a family of highly effective computer-based solutions that guide real estate agents and their clients through the investment aspects of contemplated real estate transactions, from Bethany Holdings LLC of Glenmore, Pa.

Highlights of the REAL-Mentor family of products include:

• Property Analyzer, a powerful yet simple-to-use investment calculator for real estate investors and their advisors;
• Investor School, a highly rated training course delivering a solid foundation of essential real estate investment knowledge;
• Due Diligence Coach, which teaches real estate investors how to scrutinize a property, and provides a detailed step-by-step guide; and
• REAL-Mentor ToolKit, which provides an arsenal of real estate tools to help real estate investors including step-by-step how-to guides; planning documents and templates; checklists and other important solutions.

Web-based versions of REAL-Mentor products are expected to be available from REBS beginning April 1.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The agreement is subject to due diligence and is expected to close next month.
