MRIS, Jan. 28, 2008–Effective tomorrow, Tuesday, January 29, you will no longer be able to access the MRIS system via “Traditional” login. You must enter your User ID, PIN, and SAFEMLS® token-generated password to login.The technical transition to Secure Login is scheduled for 11:55 PM tonight, Monday, January 28. Matrix, Keystone, and MRIS.com will be unavailable for one to two hours during the transition.

If you have not yet received your token due to an incorrect address, you will need to call the Helpdesk for an emergency password and PIN number. The emergency password and PIN combo will allow you to access the system until you receive and enroll your token.

According to the Enrollment Subscription Agreement the following fees will be apply effective January 29:

• Lost token reported will have a $35 replacement fee. The lost token will be disabled. If later found, the token cannot be reused.
• Broken tokens not returned to MRIS within two weeks in the pre-stamped self addressed envelope provided will result in a $35 charge. Please return broken tokens to MRIS to avoid the charges.
• Emergency 24 Hour passwords will cost $10.This temporary emergency password/PIN is truly an emergency measure. Please always keep your token with you in order to avoid having to purchase an emergency password. Emergency passwords can only be provided by the Helpdesk during normal business hours.
