Office Inventory Anyone?

By Deborah MobleyMRIS, Feb. 4, 2008–On desk duty and can’t locate your office’s inventory list? Don’t stress, it’s all at your fingertips inside Matrix. To reproduce the inventory list, perform the following steps:

To locate the office listings:

1. Log into Matrix
2. Click Search tab
3. Click General link under Cross Property
4. While holding down the Ctrl key, click on Active, Cntg/NO KO and Cntg/KO (to select “active” statuses
5. Scroll down the page and click on “Click here to add or remove other search fields”
6. Click once in the Available Fields box
7. Type the letter L key 6 times (until ListBrokerCode is highlighted)
8. Click Add
9. Click Return to Search
10. Type within the ListBrokerCode box, your Broker Code (ex. LNG36)
11. Click Search button
12. Review results

To print the office listings:

1. Click the Check All link (to select all the listings)
2. Click the blue Print Report button (only one report is available under Cross Property that is Office Inventory)
3. Click Print Reports button again
4. Click the printer icon on the tool bar (for printing)
