Point2 Technologies Appoints Walt Baczkowski to Board of Directors

RISMEDIA, Feb. 4, 2008— Point2 Technologies Inc. has announced the appointment of Walter T. Baczkowski Jr. to its Board of Directors, effective February 01, 2008.

Baczkowski, RCE/CAE brings to Point2 nearly three decades of senior level experience in the real estate industry. He is currently chief executive officer of the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors® in Oakland, and Macomb County, Michigan. During his extensive career in the industry, Baczkowski has also served as executive officer of the Toledo Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

“On behalf of our Board of Directors, I’d like to welcome one of the real estate industry’s most respected leaders to Point2,” said Saul Klein, chief executive officer, Point2 Technologies. “My relationship with Walt Baczkowski dates back to 1988. I’ve had the privilege to work with him over the years, helping the real estate industry to understand and adopt the Web, including the adoption of pioneering initiatives such as REALTOR.com which we together helped grow to over 500,000 listings in 1995/96. I am excited to be able to work with Walt again, this time to unleash the full potential of Point2.”
