RISMEDIA, Feb. 8, 2008-Realogy Corporation announced the release of a significant improvement to the mobile capacity of LeadRouterSM, its proprietary lead management system that immediately converts leads from electronic and traditional sources to voice messages. This latest enhancement enables real estate professionals to increase productivity by allowing them to complete additional critical functions, such as looking up active and incubating leads, viewing the history of a lead and recording any new actions regarding a listing, from the road using their Web-enabled PDA and cell phone devices.
To date, the company says that the LeadRouter system has delivered approximately 2.7 million leads to its brokers and agents affiliated with the CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty® brands.

Statistics show that home buyers and sellers tend to work with the first agent they contact. By using LeadRouter to manage and distribute leads, brokers can direct leads to an agent within seconds of receiving it, helping to make the response time to a consumer inquiry almost immediate.
According to the company, LeadRouter has features and settings that each broker can customize, making the platform adaptable to any office in Realogy’s brand networks and providing brokers with tools to manage all customer leads. Additionally, the LeadRouter system has a robust reporting feature that enables brokers to track leads and measure conversion rates.
Now in its third full year of deployment, the LeadRouter lead management system is being used by brokers and sales associates within all of Realogy’s residential and commercial real estate brand networks. Today, Realogy’s brand networks have registered more than 128,000 agents in 3,900 offices around the nation to use LeadRouter. Of the 2.7 million plus leads processed through the system since its implementation, more than 1.1 million have been processed in 2007 alone.
