“Recruiting is pretty much everything; it really is the cure-all from a profit standpoint. However, lead generation and ancillary services are very important as well. These ideas are implemented by using agent referrals, name recognition and prior experience. At our company, we use a different philosophy. When we built this company just two years ago, we broke the mold and exceeded the recommendations that GMAC gave us. We are continuing that effort by giving our managers and associates positive support and creating a positive environment for them to work and function in.”
