NSDCAR Provides RELAY Transaction Management as Member Benefit

NSDCAR’s more than 5,500 members are now among the growing number of Associations that are leading the way by offering RELAY as part of their member benefits.

“RELAY provides the technology solutions that enable our real estate professionals to simplify their business processes and helps free up valuable time to spend in the field with customers,” stated Dianne McMillan, chief executive officer of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors. “We believe that with all our member offices having access to the same system will facilitate document management and workflow between them as needed thus streamlining the entire transaction.”

By offering RELAY, NSDCAR is confirming its commitment to helping its members utilize the best tools for marketing and growing their businesses.

According to the company, RELAY allows agents to track and manage all transaction documents from listing through closing: including transaction contracts, documents, listing and sales information, as well as all communications generated throughout the transaction. Buyers and sellers of real estate are able to monitor the progress of their transaction online by logging into a secure transaction website 24/7. The RELAY system allows users to enable assistants, other agents or transaction facilitators to participate in the process.

The RELAY team provides free “Introducing RELAY” online training classes. New users are encouraged to sign up and take advantage of this instruction from the convenience of their home or office. Online training is available for brokers, agents, transaction coordinators and first time users on a regular basis.
