Secure Login Redeployment

MRIS, Feb. 11, 2008–The final step in implementing Secure Login will occur on Tuesday, February 12, 2008. The new MRIS Login Page will be available on the morning of February 12 and the only way to log into MRIS applications will be with the MRIS User ID, PIN, and token-generated password. The traditional login option will no longer be available.If you have a token and have not enrolled it, please do so immediately. Use the link “Enroll my token” under the SAFEMLS® Token section of the MRIS Login Page. Once you have completed the enrollment steps, use the MRIS Secure Login side of the screen to enter your MRIS User ID and four-digit PIN. Press and release the gray button on the token to display a token password, enter that password, and click Login. Once you use a token-generated password it cannot be used again. Each time you login you will need a new password from the token.

If you have not received a token, please call the Helpdesk at 301-838-7200 or 1-888-838-8200. We have had numerous calls regarding address changes and processes are in place to update your address and mail you a token. If you have not received a token by February 12, you will need to call the Helpdesk to receive an emergency 7 day PIN and password to access the MRIS applications.
